    I had booked a flight from Mumbai to Abu Dhabi that was unexpectedly rescheduled by 5 hours and 30 minutes. This change was only communicated to us upon arrival at the airport at 6:00 AM. All passengers were queued for check-in when the staff started to inform each individual about the delay. As a form of compensation, they provided idli-sambar to everyone, without offering any alternative meal choices. The flight was originally set to depart at 9:00 AM, and we were later told it would leave at 2:00 PM, but it ultimately departed at 2:45 PM. Additionally, there was no Etihad representative available at the airport to address our queries.
