I recently purchased an Ambrane wireless power bank from Amazon, based on my positive past experiences with the brand. However, it malfunctioned within just 10 days of use. After reaching out to Ambrane India, they instructed me to send the defective unit to their service center in Delhi. They also promised to reimburse the courier charges. I complied, and after nearly 10 days, the power bank was returned to me. Unfortunately, it still isn’t working. I am seeking advice and support from the forum on how to proceed with this issue.
